REDIRECT ISSUE

After upgrading this wiki to 1.26.2, we were experiencing a problem with some pages. All pages that include a colon (:) in the name, such as Category:JICS or Special:Version, were not being handled correctly by the web server. We have disabled the URL redirects so page addresses now include "index.php?title=". All existing URLs that don't include index.php should still work.
