Organization
There are two main organizational mechanisms employed: Namespaces and Categories:
- Namespaces
- Major segments of the content that correspond to major products such as JICS, e-Racer, EX, CX, HigherReach, QX, PX, and TE.
- Users can filter searches by selecting certain Namespaces.
- Categories
- Concepts or terms that help classify the knowledge contained in topics such as Tutorial, Portlet, or Developer.
