REDIRECT ISSUE

After upgrading this wiki to 1.26.2, we were experiencing a problem with some pages. All pages that include a colon (:) in the name, such as Category:JICS or Special:Version, were not being handled correctly by the web server. We have disabled the URL redirects so page addresses now include "?title=". Any existing URLs that don't include "?title=" should still work. This is a temporary fix until we can upgrade our server and defeat this bug.
